Terms of Service

The service

LuxBio provides AI image and video generation and editing tools for adults. You must be 18 or older, or the local age of majority if higher, to hold an account or use any desk in the studio.

Accounts and credits

Generation is account-based; there is no anonymous use. Registering is free. Credits are spent per job at the price shown before confirmation, and failed jobs refund their credits automatically. Credit packs are one-time purchases; unused credits remain on the account. Credits hold no cash value and are not transferable.

Acceptable content

You may compose fictional adult characters and transform media you own or hold documented consent to use. Prohibited without exception: content involving minors or characters presented as minors; imagery of real people without consent; content illegal in your jurisdiction. Breaches lead to removal and account termination, and illegal material is reported where the law requires.

Your media, your responsibility

You are responsible for the media you upload and for holding the rights and consent it requires. By publishing media to the gallery you grant the service the right to display it there until you unpublish it.

Availability and liability

The service is provided as available; generation results vary and no particular outcome is guaranteed. To the extent the law permits, liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding three months.
